This free public forum will explore the legal rights and issues related to early planning for people with dementia.

The seminar cover topics including:

  • Refusal of treatment;
  • Enduring power of attorney;
  • Pain control; and
  • Terminal sedation.

Guest speaker: Professor Colleen Cartwright, Foundation Professor of Aged Services and Director of Aged Services Unit at Southern Cross University.
