Education and training - WA
Alzheimer's Australia WA provides a wide range of courses for people with dementia and their carers and nationally recognised courses for health and aged care personnel.
Courses for people with dementia, their families and carers and the community are free of charge. 
Nationally recognised courses and workshops for
health and aged care professionals are often held throughout the year
and may be offered in the workplace upon request.
Most workshops have been endorsed by APEC No 090428002 as authorised by Royal College of Nursing, Australia (RCNA) according to 
approved criteria.
Attendance at these workshops attracts RCNA Continuing Nurse Education
(CNE) points as part of RCNA’s Life Long Learning Program (3LP).
