Operational Guidelines
- Meet face to face twice a year and hold teleconferences as required.
- Operate until 30 June 2013; the decision on whether to continue the Group will be made at that time.
- The terms of office of all members will finish on 30 June 2013.
- Additional members may also be invited for a specific purpose.
