Research
Alzheimer’s Australia is committed to contributing towards Australian dementia research. The current knowledge about Alzheimer’s disease and other causes of dementia is the result of research in the last 30 years.
Alzheimer’s Australia’s involvement in dementia research
Alzheimer’s Australia is involved in continuing this work in a number of ways:
Alzheimer’s Australia Dementia Research Foundation is the research arm of Alzheimer’s Australia. The Foundation aims to support and fund research to help people living with dementia and their families now - as well as research to develop new treatments for the future.
