Alzheimer’s Australia advocates for people with dementia and their families and carers. Currently we are collecting the views of individuals affected by dementia to help us with this work.
Our 2011 Consumer Survey is available online here or by requesting a survey form and reply paid envelope from the National Dementia Helpline on 1800 100 500. Most of the questions relate to diagnosis. The survey will be online until the end of October.
If you have dementia or are currently caring/previously cared for a relative or friend with dementia, please help us by sharing your views. Your experience will assist with our advocacy.
