ACA features Alzheimer's Hope short documentary

On Friday 3rd of February ACA featured a short documentary on NSW couple Joan and Barry Freeman.
It’s a real life Notebook story, and every bit as heartbreaking. It has only been three years since Joan Freeman was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, but every day it takes a little more away from the woman Barry fell in love with 47 years ago.
