Alzheimer's Australia ACT offer a free information session for family members or friends caring for a person with dementia.

Dementia brings about many changes for those who develop it and for those who share their journeys.  Changes in the behaviour of people with dementia are often challenging for those who are caring for them.  Understanding why behavioural changes occur helps us to manage better and to develop strategies to lessen the impact.

Morning tea will be provided.  RSVP by phoning 6255 0722.

If you require respite care to attend this session, please contact the ACT Carer Respite Centre on 6296 9900 or 1800 059 059.

* If registering as an Alzheimer's Australia member you will be required to supply a valid membership number upon arrival at the event.
