Worried about your memory? Feeling forgetful or confused? Finding out what is wrong is the first step to getting help.

Have you become concerned about increasing lapses in memory, or other changes in your thinking or behaviour? Major changes in memory are not normal at any age and should be taken seriously.  If you are experiencing these kinds of difficulties, it is better to see your doctor sooner rather than later.

This session explores what to do if you are worried about your memory and the definition of dementia.

A healthy morning tea will be available after the session.  RSVP essential on 6255 0722 or email ACT.Admin@alzheimers.org.au.

* If registering as an Alzheimer's Australia member you will be required to supply a valid membership number upon arrival at the event.
