The aims of this session are to provide an understanding of how the memory works and how the memory changes through normal ageing and dementia.

We have different types of memory and these change as we age but dementia is not a normal part of getting older.  Instead, dementia is a term used to describe a large number of complex disease states that impair and destroy the brain.

Memory, ageing and dementia will be explored in this session.

Counselling sessions are available on the day - please call 6255 0722 to book a time for an appointment.

Morning tea will be available after the session.

Please RSVP on 6255 0722.

* If registering as an Alzheimer's Australia member you will be required to supply a valid membership number upon arrival at the event.
